Payment & Returns Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. 

Refund dates are based upon the start of the session and tuition refund dates. Orders placed after the term refund date may not be canceled or refunded.  Book must be in original condition (shrink-wrap intact, all components included). Emailed orders are non-returnable.  Original receipt, original method of payment (credit card), and proof of registration (printed schedule) are required.

Apparel & Gifts

We will gladly return or exchange apparel sold in the store with an original receipt in resaleable condition within 14 days of purchase.



Returnable within 7 days.


Sealed electronic items are returnable within 7 days in original condition.  For defective items, please consult the manufacturer's warranty information.


Ticket sales are non-refundable except in case of show cancellation.

Medical Items


Stethoscopes, blood pressure cuffs, goggles, and dissection kits are not returnable
