FINANCIAL AID

Aid available in the Bookstore can be used on any merchandise (excluding gift cards, account payments and ticket/event purchases) and is subject to change or cancellation based on enrollment status/credits taken and on Federal, State, and Institutional aid application updates. CCOG, NJSTARS, and FWS cannot be used towards bookstore purchases.

  Order pickup requires the STUDENT to be present; proxy pickup is not allowed.

Please review the "My Bookstore Available Funds" page on Titans Direct before placing your FA order.

Please note: There is no Financial Aid in the Bookstore during Summer or Winter Semesters.

Spring FA pickup/in-store shopping begins 1/12/26

Bookstore FA is not available for Winter courses

Attention students:

1.     If awarded any of the below listed awards, their amounts are excluded toward book purchase –

CCOG, Work Study (FWS), NJSTARS.

2.     If you previously used your excess financial aid toward book/supply purchase, you may not be eligible to use additional amount for the same term or

3.     If you paid your term tuition/fees in full or partial (financial aid covering the remaining), please contact the Bursar Office in order to use your credit balance toward book purchase.

4.     If you have a remaining credit balance (negative amount) after book/supply purchase, you will be refunded approximately 2-3 weeks by the Bursars Office once your financial aid is disbursed. 

5.     Reduction in the total number of term credits after using your excess financial aid for book/supply purchase may affect your financial aid awarded amount, impacting your previous credit balance and may result with a balance due to the college.
